Families and Children
Helping families to be a place of love, allowing every family member to be fully who God created them to be.
The staff at Christ & St. Luke’s is committed to fostering community and faith for families and our youngest members of our parish. Our Family & Children’s Ministry is in place to facilitate an inclusive environment where families grow together in intelligent formation and enjoyable fellowship. Designated ministry events are held monthly throughout the year to provide education and community building opportunities.
For our children, this ministry will reveal the importance of fellowship in their spiritual life, provide an environment for dynamic learning, and integrate them into the full life of the parish. Our Children Chapel meets every Sunday during the 10:15am service. Children’s Chapel is a safe and nurturing place for children to build their own faith and fellowship together. We are committed to a child-centered faith experience focused on the developmental needs of the child. We hope to support and cherish each child along their faith journey.

Join us for this special service where each animal will receive an individual blessing. The Blessing will begin outside in the Lychgate Garden and then move inside the Church for the blessing. All species are welcome, but we do ask that they be either on a leash or in a carrier for safety’s sake. For those animals unable to travel, or for companions who have died, we are happy to say a symbolic blessing over a photo or other remembrance.Find out more »
