More than 65 countries in our world are involved in Ocean Planning. This has become
vitally important if we are to preserve planet earth. Our oceans provide more than food
for people. Telecommunication cables cross ocean floors, shipping lanes transport
billions of tons of needed products and commercial fishing boats compete for ocean
space. Now we are adding offshore wind operations to help reduce fossil fuel use. For
all to function smoothly and support healthy oceans, mutually agreed to plans will
decrease conflict which is essential during this era of intensifying climate change.
