March 29 @ 9:15 am - 10:00 am
The late Rev. Dr. Urban T. Holmes described the Episcopal Church and its Anglican ethos as creating “a world of wonder in which it is very easy to fall in love with God.”
This winter/spring class will explore the unique ethos, spirituality, literature, practices, beliefs, and approaches to the Christian Faith that comprise what it is to be an Episcopalian. Presenters include the clergy as well as special presenters from Virginia Wesleyan and Virginia Theological Seminary. Whether you are exploring becoming a member of the Episcopal Church or you are a cradle Episcopalian looking to understand the beauty of the faith more deeply, or somewhere in between, you may find this class for you.
Interested in joining the church? This will serve as your preparation. Youth welcome.
